Homebound Visitation

There are many transitions in life.  Circumstances like health, illness and mobility can prevent us from being a part of worship.  We strive to help everyone feel connected to the life of the church regardless of one’s lifestyle.  Visiting is a way we show each other we care.  We have a group of volunteers who visit Central’s homebound members once a month.

For Those Unable to Attend Worship….

You may know more members who are unable to come to church and would like to be seen by a visitor and/or Rev. Amy Leachman.  Please call the church office and speak with Rev. Rob Blackburn.  We care about our faith family and we do not want anyone to feel forgotten.

Other Ways to Feel Connected….

We want to keep you connected to the worship life of Central United Methodist Church!  Bulletins are sent each week to those individuals who are unable to attend worship.  Usually those arrive in the mail Saturday, and if you are able to watch online, you can participate.  If you would like to receive a bulletin in the mail or by email, please contact Jan Griffin (828) 253-3316, ext. 310.
