Coming to the Mountains: Exhibit on Immigration and Cultural Diversity of WNC

The 180th Anniversary Committee presents a new exhibit from the Center for Diversity Education at UNC-Asheville.  The exhibit takes a look back on school desegregation in Buncombe County. It will be housed in the Fellowship Hall throughout the month of February.

Wednesday, February 28, 2018, join us for a discussion celebrating the diversity and contributions of immigrants to our region.  We’ll share stories about the diversity and the challenges of immigration and conversations about what it means to welcome the stranger, as Scripture calls us to do.

Supper will be served from 5:00pm — 6:00 pm

Program from 6:00pm — 7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall
