Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization (ECHO)

Since the early 1970's, an organization called ECHO (Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization) has operated ECHOLogoBlockGreenwithTaglinein North Fort Myers, Florida. ECHO networks with community leaders in developing countries to seek hunger solutions for families growing food under difficult conditions.

Their goal is to strengthen the ministry of missionaries, Peace Corp volunteers, development organizations and relief workers who work with small farmers in the developing world with new farming innovations and techniques. Central may have an opportunity to send a mission team to work on ECHO's farm in the summer of 2017.

Extensive information can be found about this vital ministry at ECHOnet.org. Visit the site and learn about the fabulous Moringa Miracle Tree. If you have an interest in learning about how you and our church can get more involved, please contact Elizabeth Devereaux or Jim Kuse.
