Central United Methodist Church offers meaningful, powerful worship experiences every week through both traditional and contemporary worship services.  

Saturday @ 6
Saturday @ 6 is Central Church’s contemporary worship service held on Saturday evenings in the Fellowship Hall at 6:00 pm.  This high-energy, casual service features an inspiring message and up-lifting praise and worship music provided by Central’s Praise Band.  Childcare is provided.

Sunday Morning Services  |  8:45 a.m. & 10:55 a.m.
Traditional style worship services are held Sunday mornings in the main church sanctuary at 8:45 and 10:55 a.m. An outstanding, full music program includes the adult Chancel Choir, pipe organ and often performances by the children’s choirs, hand bell choir and brass orchestra.  Thought-provoking, scripture-based sermons are provided by our ministers.

A nursery for infants is available for all services.  Midway through the 10:55 service, a special time of worship and fellowship is available for children ages two – first grade.  These children are invited to attend Joyful Times and Children's Church following the Children’s Time message.

Worship Online
When you’re unable to worship with us in person, you can watch the service live here our Web site every Sunday morning at 11:00.  In addition, the early service is broadcast Sunday mornings at 9:00 on 1310 WISE-AM radio.  Also, catch the previous week’s pre-recorded Sunday service on Channel 20 URTV Public Access TV Sunday mornings at 11:00 a.m. 

Snow Policy
Regardless of bad weather, Sunday morning services at 8:45 am and 10:55 am will take place as scheduled.  However, please remember that your safety is of utmost importance, so please do not travel if the roads are hazardous.

Sunday School Classes   |  9:45 a.m.
Central Church offers a wide variety of Sunday School classes for all ages on Sunday mornings at 9:45.  Numerous classes provide enriching studies and fellowship for adults, children  and youth.  A nursery for infants is also provided during the Sunday School hour.
