- Health education including programs to share information and skills
- Regular visitation by lay members in the hospital and home
- Availability to discuss personal issues and health concerns
- Liaison to a variety of community resources and services
- Coordination of ministry resources and volunteers
- Blood Pressure Screenings twice a month
- Lipid Screenings once a month
- Health care facility and home visitation
- An Outreach Ministry to Vanderbilt and Battery Park Apartments including community luncheons at Central Church’s Haywood Street Campus
